Prayer Groups

Rosary Prayer Group

The Rosary is a vocal and meditative form of prayer which has been very much part of the Catholic devotional practice since before the 13th century.

A small group (14 to 20) meet in a Hutton home on the last Thursday in each month.

A tape from the Holy Shrine of Knock is used to lead the prayer sessions, which takes 26 minutes and is followed by tea/coffee, cakes and lively conversation.

Everyone is welcome.

Living The Word House Group

The Group aims to hear the word of God,understand the
word of God and live the word of God.Discussions are
based on the Gospel readings for Sunday Masses.Meetings
are held on the second Thursday of each month,with
members taking it in turn to host the evening in their homes.
The format consists of prayer,reading the Gospel, a time to reflect and discussion on what has been read.

The sessions close with a prayer,followed by some time to socialise together.The evenings starts at 8.00pm and finish at 9.30pm. All are welcome.
